It is actually sad that customers are so abused by these companies, that one feels loyalty after having their warranty fulfilled.

A company that complies with the terms of the sale is acting appropriately. Those who do not are thieves committing fraud.

I understand why in this climate this made the news, it’s just sad that we are at that point.

A reminder not to let your rights and expectations slowly be chipped away. I’m glad the customer got their replacement.
