Oh okay. I just assumed you were a like rabidly anti-China person sorry. I don’t think the US would care much about the person getting the GPU tho. They’d more go after the smugglers themselves. Maybe they’d ask him some questions about where it came from but he didn’t do the smuggling so can’t get him for that. And I imagine China would have something to say about one of their citizens being arrested in the US on a charge like “owning a GPU”. So he’d probably be fine.
