Even without the CAD files there have been some decent printable accessory options. I managed to rig up some great controller straps for next to no cost

At least you have a reservation! I got put somewhere in the waitlist, so if you’re looking at 2027 then who knows when / if I’ll ever get one.
It could always go down! Lot’s of people wishlist and then cancel anyway. So people who are on the reservation list might decide not to purchase in the end. I know a lot of waitlisted people moved to reservation recently.
TBH, with my expected date being sometime vaguely in 2027 I might look at alternatives

Not really. Looks like exterior shell only - so it’s mainly useful for designing accessories.
Nah, it’s for people who want to design accessories. They also at the same time released information regarding how to connect things using the available interfaces.
