The Entertainment Software Association has criticized California’s proposed AB 1921 legislation, arguing the bill could force developers to divert resources toward maintaining legacy systems instead of building new games. That’s because all species are endangered in space. The Endangered Species Act is already stretched thin enough trying to protect species on earth.
