I had no idea this game existed tbh. Is this a cult classic I had missed?

Originally released back in 1998 and set in a near-future dystopian world, SiN: Reloaded puts you in control of security consultant Colonel John R. Blade as you take on the seductively evil Doctor Elexis Sinclaire. When Elexis, CEO of SinTEK Industries, begins injecting the streets with a DNA-altering drug, it’s time to reassess the laws of morality by facing off against Elexis’ unholy army of genetically-engineered mutants.

If they hadn’t explicitly stated the year of release, the synopsis sure would have given it away. Oh, to have been a fly on the wall of that pitch meeting.
