People have built fully functional processors out of redstone. Stuff CAN run on it, just not at a usable speed.

Consumers are not the problem. Advertising and marketing are VERY effective at convincing people to do things that go against their own interests. You can try your best to be sceptical of everything, but someone’s gonna convince you to spend money where you don’t really want to.

Nestle is arguably the worst company in the world. EA sucks, but it isn’t even close.

Not as much as in my teens, but yes.

I’m getting to the point where I’m not afraid of most robots, but I haven’t been part of any PVP yet that wasn’t just me dying before I knew who killed me. I want to explore the new map, but it’s heavily PVP-oriented, so going in with a full squad is going to be more interesting.

I posted because I’m looking for adults to play games with. Most of the games I play are single player, but there are a few that are multiplayer that I’d like to play with other people, and most randoms you find in lobbies or in related Discords are children or just too young for me to personally relate to, so I don’t really want to play with them.
I started playing ARC Raiders recently , and I only have one friend to play with, so I’ve been mostly playing solo.

Looks promising

It doesn’t appear to exist?

I haven’t played Outer Worlds 2, but the other two, while both great, just didn’t have what it takes to beat it IMO.
That’s not to say my opinion is objectively right, it’s really a subjective question to begin with.
I’m running it on Bazzite, and it mostly runs great.
I’ve been dealing with a bug that has apparently been around since the beta, but it’s not Linux-specific. Sometimes, the game crashes due to a corrupted file. Verifying the install from Steam fixes the issue, but it seems to pop up randomly. I’ve had days without issues, and days where it happens 2-3 raids in a row.

That’s a fair assessment for the most part. I think a lot of the time it’s all just hype for one title, but this game is actually fantastic, and I think it deserves everything it won. I can’t think of anything else this year that would surpass Clair Obscur in any of those categories.

With AAA game graphics, 4K is kind of silly.
It kind of makes sense on consoles with fixed hardware when the devs design specifically to hit that target.
On a PC, I think high framerate 1440p is a much more reasonable goal, but frame generation and upscaling are sold to consumers like some magical solution to poor performance instead.

It’s more reliable, but more tedious. Kind of like a walled garden, like Apple and Android phones. You can’t just go download random software and install it willy nilly like Windows. I mean you can, but that process is more involved. Flatpaks and Appimages are what most users will be limited to.

8bitdo have an official presence on Aliexpress, and they make solid controllers

Slay the Spire in particular has a Linux native version. You shouldn’t have any issues with that.

I’ve had to occasionally tinker to get stuff working, but I never had an installer that just didn’t work.
Heroic launcher has always worked well for me in that regard.

Real fans of the series will surely follow it wherever he takes it. Right guys?

You’ll get a popup on Steam telling you about the sutvey and asking you to share info. You click yes or no, and that’s it. I’ve gotten them a few times.
There are no questions to answer, it just takes freely available system info.

It’s not a manually filled out survey. It’s just a box that pops up on Steam, you click OK to share info, and that’s it. I think there’s very little bias involved in it.
It legitimately earned all those awards. Obviously it won’t be liked by everyone, but I think it was a clear winner for just about every award it was nominated for.
It’s a fantastic original game that has had a ton of care and love put into it, and it shows.
