You did remember to set the compatibility mode? It requires Proton 10, you might need to set that, or you could try removing Proton 10 and trying to redownload it.

I have four of them, purchased at different times and they’re all the same.

You can look it up. 6-12 hours is the most commonly stated battery life depending on feature use.

And I’m on Linux when I use it with my pc.

The PS5 controller battery is my primary complaint about it.

It lasts like 6-8 hours where my ancient xbox elite controller still goes for 40ish hours of gaming between recharges.

Obviously both last more than usually necessary but forgetting to charge the PS5 controller is way more annoying.
