so hardware cheats. gotcha.
might be good for those with physical impairments but will most certainly be abused by those who are just want to be better even though they aren’t.

I paid 600 cdn for a 1080ti sc2 which had 11gb… can still use it for games today if I wanted too.
these days, the high end cards would be $4000, have a high chance to burn my entire house down and are plagued with issues and glitches on windows.

adding this link, because the link to fake twitter thing is useless and provides zero information.

lol have fun with that. I personally hate music videos, they ruin the song by adding audio that has NOTHING to do with the SONG, then people start uploadign that version of the song places. I don’t want my music to start 60 after the track starts, I don’t want to hear live music either unless the crowd screaming is muted somehow… I want the audio, that’s it.
that said, my Spotify subscription is going to be cancelled anyways at the end of 2025. beyond sick of listening to music, then some random artists songs are injected into my playlist, some of which literally don’t exist. clearly ai garbage. no thanks… stop trying to tell me what to like. I don’t care what any company says. the albums I want are being saved, and the entire platform can frig off
I already use VLC in my car to play my mp3s.

new systems came forced for a while now. you’d have to go out of your way to put 10 on and most can’t be bothered

no INTERNET needed, only wifi or hardwired local network

what? or just transfer from PC to PC via wifi through steam negating any SD card…
https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/46BD-6BA8-B012-CE43
use PC 1 that already has it downloaded and installed, and have pc2 download from PC 1… why worry about a 3rd hard drive or rehoming the SD card and potentially screwing the file structure up by potentially inserting Linux (steam deck) into what I can only assume would be a Windows based pc

you probably don’t even know what, or where the executable is located for any of those games

I gave up gta6 when gta 5 turned out to be essentially a cellpool of online only garbage. nothing fun about that shallow meaningless game

what does internet have to do with local transfers from PC to PC over wifi?
wifi does not mean internet, and you can easily share games from PC to PC over wifi or ethernet via steam.

lol, I don’t. I won’t even pirate AAA games (I always buy if I enjoy them). not worth the time because they aren’t fun.

I do…and many others do too if the game itself wasn’t such a pile of shit forcing you online because ‘its where the fun is’… I love campaigns in shooters. online play is trash unless I can play with ONLY my friends. it’s one of the main reasons I stopped paying for the garbage that they keep producing and don’t consider these companies at entertainment more then I would scraping dog shit off my shoes

That’s just from all the success of the control.

it’s just not worth the trouble even free
for me, it all boils down to this. The best DRM is making garbage. I won’t even sail the seas to find it, I just will never use it.

have not, didn’t even try tbh. I don’t want audio coming from my controller. id prefer of the thing didn’t even have a speaker or mic jack on it, but thankfully Linux is smart enough to know I’m capable of managing my own devices.

they do, but the operating system should be asking me if I want to do something… not just do it without me agreeing or initiating it.

takes no time at all to change. my computer is more stable, runs faster and less system strain. things actually work like hdr, and sound management. no more PS4 controller becoming my computer’s speakers because I plugged it in and the os thinking it knows best. no more weird green tint because I turned hdr on. there’s a plethora of things that just work but wouldnt in windows.
after using Linux for about a week now… I honestly can’t think of a reason why I didn’t do this years ago. microsoft is just bad

AAA slop will never have a home on my drives again, even free. they get zero word of mouth positivity or money from me again

Linux users have no reason to worry
I stopped there. :)
just because it’s hardware, doesn’t mean it isn’t cheating
