Slop is still slop even if it benefits you personally.
I’m not going to lie. It’s absolutely glorious what AI is doing to software after companies have enshittified it with subscriptions, add-ons, and gatekept features.
I’m not a big AI fan (I do use it for some monotonous tasks, but not generative stuff). This, however is a nice own goal for big tech.
Its nice to use tools against the system when they are the ones pushing for it so hard. It’s a powerful tool in the right hands, or just a slop generator in the wrong ones.
