I guess I’m kind of okay with the AI use here because decompilations and emulator builds aren’t replacing actual art or displacing workers, and it’s helping consumers in an era where technology is being increasingly locked down. Perhaps even one day console makers will decide to be more consumer-friendly in response.

Plus some decomps are much more mod-friendly than romhacks, so it opens to the door for more creativity in the PC gaming scene.

I don’t plan on actually emulating any Switch 2 stuff for 5-10 years, but it’s wonderful to hear I won’t need to buy yet another console.
