We can set Bitrate manually between 100 and 500. The target is about 200mbits, so 100 would be the lowest possible value and quality. And if that is the max your entire line can give, then it’s probably not a good fit for your setup. That’s a bit unfortunate, but at least you can still use any regular codecs like AV1 or HEVC in example.
