    Edit: Nvm, read the first couple of paragraphs and yeah, it was over-entitled customers taking their Twitter rage offline and taking it out on innocent Sony staff. What the actual fuck?

    Just to be sure I understand, Sony CEOs/management were the entitled fuckheads abusing staff? Or were the customers/shareholders the ones abusing staff?
