We don’t want to maintain a big fork of ES-DE and the ES-DE Team is looking into it for the future. https://gitlab.com/es-de/emulationstation-de/-/work_items/2046 It would be better if it implemented in the upstream directly inside ES-DE. At the same time we are also talking ROMMs native client Grout and looking into that. So, yes discussions are happening, but we need to see what we end up with. We also have big surprises in 0.11.0 we need to finish. We also in the future wants to look into a AARCH64 version.

We are talking with the ROMM Team, ES-DE Team about it.
