Remaster would be a fitting term here. As they have the source code now, that them to hack and change the game with new levels. I mean even without the source code people do this kind of stuff on the N64 version, but now its even easier to do. So expect new levels, same mechanics (someday).

And as this is the source code of the game, usually the term Remaster is not used. But for the PC recompiled build, the term would be perfectly fitting to describe it compared to official released games.

Both terms are not exclusive. A Remaster can be a recompilation and in most cases it is.
