It is possible to use vortex, I have it set up for my skyrim install. Followed this video for the most part but found a couple things it didn’t say that I had to figure out (for example, to install mods I found that I have to manually download and then put them into the vortex downloads folder to allow them to be installed): https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=-4Bf3gePcCU
