A popular tool on Windows - Cheat Engine recently gained a Linux version, so you can mess with your games under Linux now too.

    Turns out that it’s only available for Patreon supporters now and that the dev stopped updating the code on the public GH repo And in addition to that, when you use the official installer it plays a creepy laughter every 10 mins

    Kinda weird, virus-like behaviour

      No. There is a setting that has to be set as root, but once the setting is made, it runs as user.

    Been using GameConqueror in the lack thereof, since it was the best replacement I could find. Let’s see how the Cheat Engine fares in this version now.
